Idea Planet Network offers you a great shopping experience for every product that you purchase at If the products are defected or wrongly sent, you are eligible for return request, with choices of exchange with same product or refund in the form of online credit with the following conditions:

Return Policy

Idea Planet Network reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not All Products are Returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure / undecided within 7 days of the shipped date of the product if return is desired. 

Customers are required to get final confirmation from Idea Planet Network prior before returning a product.

  • For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. Idea Planet Network will confirm with the customer for the returning arrangement and customer is required to ship the product back to Idea Planet Network at his/her own cost. Customers will take full responsibility of the product damage or loss of the during the return shipping, thus it is advised to use insured parcel and courier shipping companies like DHL, GDex, Citylink, Fedex etc. 

Notes: Restocking fee may be applied: Unless the product is defective or the return is due to Idea Planet Network’s error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost (RM15 or actual shipping cost, whichever is higher) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.

  • For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, Idea Planet Network will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as a shopping credit to the customer's account at For products purchased more than 7 days, customers will have to ship the product to Idea Planet Network for warranty claim at his / her own cost. If it is the right product but missing parts, the parts will be shipped after contacting us.

  • In any case, if a product is broken or a parcel is opened during receiving the parcel, the customer is required to inform the courier company immediately. We will not be held responsible for any broken or opened parcels because all parcels are sent out in good condition and the packaging will be sealed properly.

Warranty Policy

Products at can be categorized into the following warranty categories:

  • Import Products Warranty 

  • Original Manufacturer Warranty

  • Used Product Warranty

For Import Product’s Warranty, it means that the product is usually a direct import from overseas. Idea Planet Network provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer's warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer's warranty or one (1) year or as stated on the product page during the time of the purchase, whichever is less. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items. In case of warranty claim, the customer needs to send the product to Idea Planet Network address in Selangor, Malaysia, at his / her own cost. Idea Planet Network will return the repaired product to customers at our own cost.

For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Customers are required to provide the official warranty card by the manufacturer. All repair items should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. Idea Planet Network is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

Idea Planet Network will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Idea Planet Network's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

For Used Product Warranty that offerings at Idea Planet Network, will have different warranty periods as stated on the product page (normally from 7 days and upto 3 months).

Damage / Faulty Product Claim

In any rare case, if a damaged or faulty product is wrongly sent, customers are entitled to contact us within 24 hours of receiving. A new shipment will be sent upon receiving the proof of the returned products and the shipping costs will be borne by Idea Planet Network. 


All parcels sent by Idea Planet Network are insured with the courier company, and a report must be made to the courier company within 24 hours for any damage claim. Delay in informing will not be eligible for any claim.
